If you haven't you should- they are great thrown in a morning protein shake or mixed with cottage cheese for a high protein snack. But recently I've discovered something more exciting!

Another exciting find was the Kroger brand GREEK LITE yogurts. At a whopping 16 grams of protein per serving it is an amazing snack and very creamy. Sometimes I need a break from that protein powder taste in my smoothies. So lately I've tried using 8 oz CARBmaster milk with 1 carton GREEK LITE yogurt blended with ice....I still end up with 27g protein, and I can take a break from the protein powders.
